Prepayment: The 40% off and its benefits apply when prepaying the all-inclusive fees in full at least 30 days prior to check-in or the same date of the reservation confirmation for last minute reservations (with less than 30 days before check-in). The additional incentive of one exchange fee paid back for up to $250 US dollars applies only to RCI memberships who prepay with 60 days prior to check-in date. All discounts must be requested in advance. Additional Terms:
A minimum of 5 nights must be reserved and paid in order to receive promo benefits. All-inclusive is mandatory for all guests staying at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa. Benefits and discounts are not interchangeable for cash or any other service. A maximum of (2) Studios or (1) One Bedroom will receive the 40% off promo per account/membership. Minimum and maximum capacity in all units must be observed. Two children ages 6 or under stay free when sharing a Studio with two paying adults. Children ages 7 to 17 year sold  staying  with  the  minimum  established number of adults get 50% off the regular rate. A 20% off regular all-inclusive fees apply to additional units and/or nights for RCI members and Guest of members. A proof of ownership and children’s ages may be required upon check-in. This promotion it is a “one time only” offer and not be combined with any other promotions. This promotion is not available for SPT or ULC (Sirenis) members, RCI employees, RCI Partners employees or RCI affiliated resort employees. All discounts must be requested in advance. All-inclusive fees may vary based on travel dates. All reservations and benefits are subject to space and availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or modifications made with 60 days or more from check-in date will receive a full refund of the all-inclusive rates. Cancellations or modifications made with 59 days to 30 days from check-in date will be assessed a one (1) night per person cancellation fee. Cancellations or modifications made with 29 days to 7 days from check-in date will be assessed a two (2) nights per person cancellation fee. Cancellations or modifications made with 6 days from check-in date will not be reimbursed. There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. Refunds will be processed within 20 - 30 business days from the date the cancellation was requested.
